I wrote this about the roommate of some friends who lived down the hill from me. I think we might of dated but my recent ex (see the "Depleted" album) put a stop to that by telling me said roommate thought I was an asshole, so I backed off. Apparently, the truth was she'd only told my ex that to be supportive when my ex was (justifiably) bitching at a party. Anyway, by the time we cleared the air, the moment had passed.
